Welcome to Choir!

Hello!  My name is Ms. Shana Casey and I am the choir director at the senior high school. It is my sincere pleasure to work with the talented students of Red Lion.

 

I graduated from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, PA, with a B.S. in Music Education. From there I went on to earn a Masters in Music in Music Education from Kent State University and studied choral conducting at Messiah University. I am also a member of the Susquehanna Chorale, an active member of PMEA (Pennsylvania Music Educators Association) and ACDA (American Choral Director Association) and the current Vice President of the York County Choir Directors Association. 

 

I highly encourage parents/guardians/care takers to join your student's remind group in order to help everyone stay informed and on track.
