When her daughter started school, Mrs. Mader returned to the classroom. She taught part time for 6 years, and returned to the classroom full time for the 2014-2015 school year, which is also when she took over as the Department Chair.
In her free time, she loves spending time with her family and traveling. She has traveled to 7 European Countries, Canada and many Caribbean Islands. She has a goal to travel to all 50 states. So far, she has visited 22 states. Her family's favorite places to vacation are Disney World and taking cruises.
She loves teaching, and views it not as a job but something she GETS to do, and cannot wait to start this school year!
