Tina Funke, English

Tina Funke is a Red Lion graduate herself (class of 1992) and joined the Red Lion Area School District as a teacher in the fall of 2004. Prior to that, she taught English at the Eastern York School District for seven years. 

 

At Red Lion, she taught seventh and eighth grade Academic Literacy before joining the senior high's English Department.

 

Mrs. Funke holds a bachelor's degree from Temple University and a master's from Johns Hopkins.

 

In her free time, she enjoys reading, listening to her favorite podcasts, and spending time with her adult children. Mrs. Funke is proud to be a LION.
