Mrs. Melissa Mahoney-Anderson is currently a Biology and Kingdoms of Life teacher at the Senior High. She began her career at North Caroline High School [Ridgely, MD] as a 9th grade Biology teacher, where she met her now husband and fellow teacher. She later moved Columbia Borough High School when her husband relocated to Dallastown Area Middle School. She joined the Red Lion Area School District to continue teaching biology.  Mrs. Mahoney-Anderson is a Google for Education certified trainer.

 

Mel lives in the District with her husband, Brooks, their three Pomsky's -Appa, Bumi, and Ursa, four axolotls -Sheldon, Leonard, Howard, Raj, and their turtle Korra.
