Get to know Mrs. Smith!

Mrs. Smith graduated from Towson University in 2016 with her undergraduate degree in Physical Education and a minor in Health Sciences. After moving to Pennsylvania in 2020, Mrs. Smith started teaching Health and Physical Education at East Pennsboro Area High School. In 2023, Mrs. Smith began teaching at Red Lion Senior High School where she teaches Healthy Living and Health and Wellness. Mrs. Smith also received her Masters Degree in Educational Development and Strategies from Wilkes University in 2026. She loves teaching Health and instilling in her students the knowledge of how to make lifelong healthy choices!

Outside of teaching at Red Lion, Mrs. Smith enjoys spending time with her family and loves taking trips to the beach. Summer is her favorite time to relax and create memories!
