Hi, I’m Brigid Shiflett, the Cafeteria Manager at Red Lion Senior High School. I take pride in being part of the school community and in creating a welcoming and positive cafeteria environment for our students.

In 2022, I graduated from Eastern Gateway Community College with an Associate of Applied Business in Business Management, along with a certificate in Hospitality Food and Beverage Management. I am also a ServSafe Certified Food Protection Manager. My education and experience have provided me with a strong foundation in leadership, food service operations, food safety, and management.

I enjoy the fast-paced nature of school food service and working with students and staff each day. I value teamwork, organization, and problem-solving, and I believe the cafeteria is an important part of creating a positive school experience for students.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and pets, cooking, gardening, and working on projects around my home.
