Up-coming Program Opportunities

Students starting the 2019-2020 school year will have the opportunity to take a new course added to the curriculum. BCT Construction: Hand and Power Tools. This course outlines the importance of safety and respect which is associated with using hand tools, power tools, pneumatic tools, and machinery. This course is a "College in the Classroom" program which provided college credentials to students while they are still in high school. The program is partnered with Pennsylvania College of Technology, A Penn State Affiliate.

 

BCT 103 Construction course will also provide students with 10 hour OSHA credentials to enter the construction trades/ industry

 

It's my goal as the construction/ safety teacher to provide a quality set of programs to Red Lion students. I would like to thank Penn College Now, The Construction OAC Committee, and many local businesses and companies a like for the continued support with the Construction Trades Program.
