Biography

J.D. Granger has been with the Red Lion Area School District since 2002.  He has taught several science classes including General Science, Science and Technology, and Advanced Placement Biology.  J.D. is currently teaching 9th grade Honors Biology and College Prep Biology. 

Mr. Granger has also been with the Red Lion football staff since 2002.  He as been the linebacker coach throughout his tenure and has been the Defensive Coordinator since 2011. 

J.D. is a native of Hanover, Pa., where he was a 1996 graduate of South Western High School. He then attended East Stroudsburg University, where he graduated in 2000 with a Bachelors of Science in Biology.  He began his teaching career in 2001 at South Western High School where he taught Anatomy and Physiology and Athletic Training.  Mr. Granger obtained his teaching certification from East Stroudsburg University in 2002.

J.D. currently lives with his wife, Ashley, in the Red Lion Area School District.
