Mrs. Gillmen's Biography
Mrs. Gillmen has been teaching physical education at Red Lion Senior High School since 1995. Mrs. Gillmen is the Health and Physical Education Department lead teacher.
She has over two hundred career wins as the varsity field hockey coach. Many players have gone on to participate at the college level. Mrs. Gillmen has been the YAIAA coach of the year more than five times and has won three YAIAA County Championships.
Water Safety Instructor and American Red Cross lifeguard certified. Master’s Equivalency in Education. Mrs. Gillmen teaches aquatics, strength training, wellness, racquet sports, TRX, dance and lifetime sports.
